Powder technology

The electrostatically charged powder particles in the powder gun are blown onto the workpiece during powder coating. Grounding the workpiece creates an attraction so that the paint particles stick.In the baking oven, these fuse together at approx. 200 °C to form a homogeneous and resistant powder coating layer (approx. 80 µm thick coating layer).
