Harry Maas Galvano- und Pulvertechnik GmbH, hereinafter referred to as HM, creates the information that you find on the HM websites on the basis of the following conditions. In individual cases, these can be supplemented or replaced by further declarations or conditions. By logging in, or, if an individual login is not required, by starting to use the HM websites, you accept the legal information in its respective version.
Copyright and trademark law
The HM websites and the HM newsletters, their design, texts, images, graphics, databases, animation files and downloads of any kind (collectively “HM content”) are protected by copyright. The HM content or parts thereof may not be reproduced, modified, downloaded or used on other websites. HM reserves all rights, in particular copyright, competition and trademark claims arising from the unauthorized use of the HM content or parts thereof and the trademark.
